My friend moved to Australia. He will get citizenship of australia in a couple of months. Is it safe to use his paypal for receiving and sending payments here in Pakistan?
I mean if paypal asks for reverification etc he can always provide all the detials.
Do you think I should do it.
I am not talking about huge stuff, just under $100 stuff So as to pay for fiverr services etc. Further my im friends all use paypal so in order to pay them i have to bankwire them
    but bankwire costs atleast $20/wire.

    What do you guys suggest?

(i know that there is always a risk with paypal, you can never be sure)

    Thanks
