The issue of getting banned or not is still in discussion. You are the owner of the page are doing nothing to receive the likes (appart from paying a third party provider). So you are not spamming, cheating, lying etc. to get the likes.If such a thing got pages banned then you could simply purchase such a package to "harm" someone. For instance if you think someones is a douche and he owns a fanpage about douchebaggery you could send him a few thousand fake like and get the page banned. (The problem in the system) so facebook wont take action (or better said they've not so far).On the other hand there is a flaw to this... "Why in the world would anyone purchase fake likes?!" I mean what use are they to you?"These accounts are usually not even PVA so the day will come when facebook/twitter will delete these account and you'll have just spend $5 and gained nothing. Not to mention there will be no activity/people talking about etc. which will make it obvious to people that the likes are fake.In my optionin it's better to buy 100 real likes than 2000 fake ones.
