Using FBML - Im In Troubles plz suggest:((!!

    Hey guyss
    i started doing fbml with cpa in facebook fans a months ago
    i did it legally i guess .. i didnt put the invite button and it was simple
    the first time i got it deleted , i made more fanpage
    guess what..
    yesterday i got an mail (real one) from facebook for breaking rules bla bla bla
    i really dont know what to do guys i took it to some friend (lawyer) he told
    me im in big troubles :S
    what can i do guys?? please any suggestion

    The letter you have recieved is called "cease and desist". A lot of people are getting these letters now. You have to sign that letter and send it back to facebook lawyers. And just stop whatever you are doing, you'll be fine. Its just a warning for now

    Bet not.

    There's a reason they are almost nonexistent: there are almost no laws in place

    It's all guidelines and lot''s of bla bla bla...

    Breaking Rules sounds like being sent to the principal for chewing gum in class.. scary cause it's the person in charge but basically a scare tactic...

    So unless it's a court summons then they're just playing bully. :p

    I have recieived a 4 page long letter in PDF format from Facebook by email. It was from Perkins Coie. Im not sure if Facebook still work with Perkins Coie, since I've got mine 2 years ago.
