Using FB ads to recruit brand ambassadors

Does anyone use fb ads to recruit brand ambassadors? We are trying to but the ads keep getting rejected saying it's an employment ad and we're being discriminatory. In the past these ads have done very well for us. If we post as an employment ad we cannot do any targeting. Any ideas or advice?

the trick is to stop selling the "job" in the ad. instead, run an ad inviting people to join a "vip club" or "product tester program" to get free gear or exclusive discounts. keep the copy focused on the community aspect. once they click through to your landing page or opt in, thats where you pitch the ambassador details and commission structure.

keeps your targeting wide open because the bot just thinks you are running a standard ecom promo.
