Hi I have a 12 year old account on ebay with 100 percent positive feedback. Just trying to get back into the swing of things with ebay I was doing real good for a while with thrift shops and I still do a little but now im trying to venture out a little bit. I was wondering what items u can find low on craigslist if any to sell for a profit on ebay like cell phones etc, Also I was thinking of buying some cheap bluray lots and reselling them. Any suggestions on this? I would really appreciate it. I am open to new ideas also just trying to get back into the groove of ebaying, really I am looking for simple and small things to ship that can make some money!

Yes you are right , you can buy stuff from craiglist and re-sell them on ebay.
iPhones for example , used ones , go for much less there than on ebay.
Just search around for various products compare prices and when you find something profitable start selling

You have to be careful with that stuff , its not only about getting your ebay account banned but also the legal consequences

Ask the seller to send you the IMEI number of the phone. you can then check to see if it's been stolen. If he refuses then it's pretty much an admission of guilt so move on.

Is it worth it to buy phones and repair them to sell on eBay? I live in a highly populated city in the US so these are everywhere in craigslist and I can just haggle down the price even more. I was thinking of getting a toolkit to start off fixing them.

Economy is down right now and it is easy to pick CL and beat people down on price and resell it on eBay.
I have done this with antiques and small auto accessories.
