First off im not sure where I needed to post this, so im sorry if its in the wrong place.
Right so my question is this (and yes its a bit of a noob question)...
If I had a site with a CPM banner on, the company can track where the visitors originated right? (http tag or something).
Now if that site has a domain example.com and I also have example.org, what would be the effect of simply forwarding the .org to the .com ?
Ok so im assuming the above doesnt work correctly here. Now what would happen if I had example.org hosted on the server, with index.htm loading with a simple redirect code to example.com?
Would that then show all visitors coming from example.org?
Is there anyother way of tracing where the visitors actually came from this way?
Thank you
