I'm thinking about taking the articles on my blog and using them on high PR web 2.0 sites linking to my money site but to different articles...

Has anyone had success doing this?

Some times those web 2.0's will rank higher, do it if you have good domain authority

On some few occasions i have used articles from my blog on web 2.0 and don't experience any negative issue.

The possibility of the web 2.0 outranking your site is slim even if you target the same keywords because your publication will be landing on a new page with no links and PR. If your site have some quality back links and PR then don't worry about anything.

I'm also wondering the same thing.

Just want to make sure nothing gets flagged for duplicates.

It will be considered a duplicate... well at least your Web 2.0 will be. Why not spin it, manually edit to make sure it makes sense and then put it on your Web 2.0?

Well, it's not really duplicate, it could be considered syndication. You would even think google would give extra credit to the original article for that. But I used to do this a lot, even blasting out the article unspun using AMR, but the results were a bit mixed tbh. I can't say I ever saw any negative results either, except a drop after October 2011 Panda, but who knows whether that had anything to do with it...
