Hi guys, I just created a new Facebook profile to run ads, I never used Facebook before, so I've been warming it up with real activity for the past few weeks to avoid a ban.

I have a legit old Instagram account of mine, should I link it to my Facebook in order to increase the Facebook account's legitimacy? Is that a good idea?

although I never tried to link a Instagram account, I don't think it will help much for your FB account.

because the most important factor for FB to review your account should be the activity log of your profile.
I see, I'm still interested if there's anyone here who have tried it and seen results tho

I don't think this method is going to work because they check for real activity on your Facebook profile.

I will do real activity as well, but don't you think linking a real aged IG will help the Facebook profile to seem more real? In my case this is a real profile, it's just new.

The only way this method can help you is that you can post your IG content on Facebook by connecting them and this will increase your engagement and activity of your FB profile. It will never help you to increase the legitimacy of your FB account.

I have never tried the way you say. However, in theory. FB always appreciates real user accounts. so if your instagram account have not connected to any FB account before. then it can increase FB's trust in your account. However, with FB ads, it's completely different. you still need to have adequate time to verify your identity with FB at any time, as FB will definitely ask you to verify your identity in order to run ads. Good luck !

Yes , you can link IG , whatsapp to create more trust for Facebook

So from your experience, no matter how long you warm up the profile, you will always (or in most cases) be asked to verify? What about verifying identity yourself with the political ads option prior to FB restricting you in order to verify, is that a good idea? Also, would you advise creating a page and boosting a few posts prior to opening a BM? I've seen some sources that say it looks more natural that way.

Sounds good man, will definitely do it.

In my experience. They are different account systems. This one does not affect the others. You just focus to build Facebook account. Try to be a normal user. Don't be unusual

Got it.

Would you suggest verifying identity through the “running political ads” option to avoid the initial restriction that's made in order for you to submit ID? Of course, after a proper warm up period.

You shouldn't do that. Just start with a boost post campaign on the page or on your phone. Start with a small budget then increase. The important one is ads policy you should read them and follow the rules

I just thought it will be a good idea since I think it's pretty much inevitable that FB will restrict your personal ad account after opening a BM in order to verify identity, it happened to me and people I know. Did you have any personal experience with that specific scenario? Thanks again man.

inta has nothing to do with fb, i think it's better to warm up fb and use the spent account

You only open BM after you run ads on your personal account. Raise your thresholds, pay usually, and don't be in debt. You buy your credibility then you do the next step on your BM. That is the procedure of a normal user. Don't be unsual

Makes sense. I read about it somewhere and just wanted to verify. What would be a good daily spend to get to when boosting posts via personal account before opening a BM? Also, is it ok to open a page and boost its posts instead of my personal ones, right? Thank you, you helped a lot man.

I recommend using a personal account for running ads if you have a high budget then try BM. Boostpost campagin on the page when you have a new ads account. When your account warms up by boostpost campaign you can set up a new campaign in the ads manager. Also BM has no different with your personal account if you running low budget.

Golden info as always man.

As for the last part "Also BM has no different with your personal account if you running low budget." - I think the advantage of a BM is that if your ad account get shut for some reason you have back ups and also the restrictions don't affect your personal account, it's kind of a safety net as well
