    Hi guys,

just one questions, if you can share some insight i would be very grateful.

I tried very hard on amazon associate programme and i got banned like 4 times already for everytime i generated some income.

All the time it says is, in simple, i violated the trademark, i sent many emails asking for more details but in vain and no help, they just say, get advertising API, so i searched deep and figure its API key and secret key for the access of some third party software.

Now I wonder, if I use some software say easyazon or some plugins that grab the images to my website, that will be OK? While i go to amazon product image and right click and download and import to my website is NOT OK? What is the rationale? I dont get it.

Btw, i see that many other people also do the same thing, just import the image and once clicked on the images, it goes to amazon and affiliated it.

    some example:
    http://www.bestproducts.com/tech/gadgets/g958/cheap-earbuds-earphones/
    http://bestreviews.com/best-3d-printers

P.S. above are big websites and it's clearly that they are not my sites ( otherwise I would be very damn rich already lol )

Any sharing or advice is highly appreciated!! thanks in advance.

Amazon wants to be able to update images/princing/reviews automatically on their end without the affiliate intervention.

yes i do, but i saw that many ppl do the same, is that allowed?

noted, if so, using the API and some plugin it will auto update the images so they are happy with that is that right concept?

If you use the "Image" function on the Amazon site stripe, you should be fine.

It automatically uses Amazon Image API to display the image, which is fine and goes along with Amazon TOS.
