Using Adult Videos - Need advice

How can I get away with putting video on a website I own and run? Even homemade videos...what should I do and not do when it comes to using videos that are available on the net?

Can anyone give me some guidance on this?

You can not use videos " available" on the net, because there is no such thing. However, you can make a video sharing website, and let other people upload video to you and claim that it is their responsibilities for the uploaded videos. One such member can be you. You upload videos from a normal user account, and if someone comes after you, you just say that the video was uploaded by an unknown user, and you have no idea about it, and you can delete it if it infringe copyrights.
If you are in US and upload adult videos, there are some forms to fill in to prevent child from watching them, i do not know for sure though.

if you are from US and/or hosted in US then you should have the 2257 records for every movie/picture you have on your site.

and this week i got this newsletter from shufuni about copyright:

i was about to upload a few hundred vids on shufuni but i think i'll change my mind...

it's obvious that porn share sites are starting to take some heat and uploading there could be trouble... i guess most of the veteran adult webmasters are against those sites cause are taking away surfers from their TGP/MGP's and also cause any newbie webmaster can get traffic for free with some branded videos... anyone in adult knows how hard it was to get your gallery accepted to a major TGP, sometimes you had to pay hundreds of dollars for that privilege.

How do you convert such type of traffic? Do you have any paid sign ups?

i dont think sign-ups will do cause most of the traffic is from foreign countries so i'll switch to parked domains as soon as parkingpanel approve my account, i applied a few days ago and didnt got a reply yet.
