Tried to follow steps I saw to use a proxy while browsing. Put one of my private proxies that I use for scrapebox into IE8 and when I did a ip test it showed the IP was coming from Russia. But when I try and go to surf somewhere it wont load..

Also in Firefox I belive I have to download a program to use proxies is that correct? What is the best and fastest way to add proxies to your browser and still be able to surf as normal?

If you have a good proxy, changing your internet settings to use a proxy should work (doing it now). That would affect IE and Chrome browsing, but not FF. If your pages aren't loading, assuming you set up the proxy settings right (post, user, pass), you probably have a bad proxy.

For firefox, they have proxy addons that let you input a list and it rotates through that list.
