I was thinking about creating a Facebook ad for my Local SEO business. I was just wondering if anybody has any experience with that and if you guys think it would even be worth it. Also if so, then if anybody has any tips that would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a local SEO service you really want a presence on FB... that is a given. Many of your prospective clients equate Facebook with an internet presence and you'll want to cater to that train of thought.

Also, when you land clients, set up FB pages for them as part of your service and advertise that you will set up a FREE FaceBook Page! as part of helping them rank in Google.

I do have a Facebook page for my business and if my client doesn't have one I do create one for them, but I was thinking about creating a Facebook ad for my business, but I don't know how well that would do because I need to target business owners.

I didn't know if anybody had any experience with using Facebook ads for marketing to business owners for SEO.

Facebook ads alone probably won't work well for targeting local SEO market. You won't get many clicks and conversions are even harder. For local small business, it's all about branding. If you regularly share and interact with prospects in many local groups, it ill work better since they know your business already.

Instead of linking to your site, use FB Ads to make prospective clients attend/listen to you webinar. That seems to be the way to go these days for getting the most out of your ad $$$.
