users that offer growth services, whats the deal?

I've been seeing a few users on here that claim that you can hire them to help grow your account and gain 10-15+ real followers a month.

So what's the deal? no need to give away all secrets but I would like to know what is it that they do?
give advice? manage your account and take over posting? promote your page on other pages?

I could be interested as i'm only gaining about 6000 followers per month spread across 4 accounts in the same niche and they share the same name. car niche btw

so, nothing of worth then... already use a bot. they set up a bot and then sit back and relax

No, they offer power liking and/or entry into large engagement groups. They drop the usernames of their clients into these groups to get massive likes and comments.
