has bhw thought about adding a rule where by users
cant make an account where there login name is the
    exact name of there website.

because as it stands if as a new member if you promote your
site via a link in a post - the post gets removed, but thats none
productive if the user looses a post with a link, but every post
he/she still makes has there website as there user name tied
    to every post,

it also makes people less likely to donate because why should they
when there site name is there user name - its an advert in itself
    like this guy

Fair point. I don't think that guy will last long anyway:) but I'm not sure this always applies.

Some people are here genuinely representing their (useful) brands/ services and I think it's not always a negative thing...

like i said whats the point of us decent guys following the rules
you pay up for your donor rank for the site adverts in your sig+products

then people join bhw with there site name as there user name
to get round it .. just an observation

its fair if the bhw has a donor rank and its not free why the new user "can" advertise for free

I know you've read this but doesn't this address the same thing? http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ck/406059-registration-abuse.html#post4585605

Moderator 'bz' said, "We don't disallow people from using a domain name or email address as their forum nick. That's not against the rules, thus the inaction of staff in regards to that. Pretty simple concept, really."

EDIT: Tommy posted this already... :/

EDIT 2: Just read your reply. I guess you can't read his post, so maybe my post is helpful? Idk, I'm so confused :)

^^That and also the thread should have been in the Forum Suggestions section. Given the crystal clear answer of the Mods on this matter, I won't move the thread there but rather close it as a resolved issue.
