User Metrics Hack for Seo

I was wondering if there were any tools for creating artificial user metrics.
I came across a website a few days ago that provided fake unique traffic, ctr, and etc. But i forgot to bookmark it like a moron.
I know that user metrics are crucial for seo and i wanted to know what strategies you guys use for this.
If you guys have any tips or tricks please let me know. Your input is appreciated!

Google doesn't give a F about your fake metrics.

 

I'm sure they don't but what if the bot was so advanced that Google gets fooled?

 

Panda bot but everyone says its crap

 

AFAIK, There isn't a bot yet that is advanced enough to appear as a genuine real user.
Most Bots that I have tried sit on the page for the desired time, open/click a link etc and are obviously fake.
9 times out of 10 those bots are worthless, although they can be used for other things.
