to block ahrefs bot add to your .htaccess
order allow,deny
deny from 213.186.127.0/28
allow from all

I don't think they are using just one IP.

This is CIDR format that have diapason of 32 IPs. Got it with my private log checker and analyze of double ip's on different sites. All ip's are on UKRTELEKOM servers and now ahrefs bot is living there.
