There is plenty you can do, use the 'search' feature.

Single Meta Refresh wont work than? Thats what i was going to do.

this one works too http://simplifyurl.com/ for shortening, as mentioned above you'll have to use another technique for hiding referral

Link*brander, but in case of Hubpages and Squidoo lens, it doesn't hide the link
Like in case of squidoo lens below: It doesn't hide the url
When we go to this link, it directly shows the url of the lens.

is there any good link shortening service which looks like good domain name, shorten the url and hide the site url.

with offto.net you can write your own custom title after the /
like offto.net/freenegro
or offto.net/blahblah
Depending on if that name is taken or not. Quite often it is not.
But i still prefer to buy domains specifically for a affiliate site if it is decent enough.
