Use other people`s videos on your website?

I`m just wondering is it ok to take videos from the website I`m promoting and put them on my website? I think that will be little problems with clickbank because they are controlling everything but with paydotcom? Or other affiliate networks. I know I should read the TOS but sometimes there`s nothing about the content of the webpage. So i can just use it for my promotion of their product? What are your opinions? I wanna get paid Thanks.
