I have a question for people who have launched their own brands in the past.

One of my websites is in a niche that I want to start selling products to. I know for sure 100% that everyone that visits my site has a certain product that I want to sell an attachment for.

Now this site earns around $400-600 a month from AdSense, but the CPC is low (20c-40c a click)

Now the product I want to sell will make me between $10-15 each sale.

    My question is,

Should I advertise my product on my website directly instead of using AdSense,

    or

Should I use the money I make from AdSense to advertise my product on a verity of sites?

My site would directly market to my target audience, and I would estimate at least 1/100 people who see my product would want to get one.

But at the same time, most of the clicks on my site from ads are to products outside of my niche (mostly because there aren't may people advertising in it)

    Advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    YTM

Keep your site with adsence, and sell your product with solo. Coz you are always a VIP on google.com because of adsence.

Google doesn't rank a site solely because of AdSense, it is most likely not even a metric they account for more than 0.5% of the algorithm.

Would it then be a good idea to remove the biggest ad on my site (one at the top of the content) and replace it with my own, then keep adsense in the other spots to keep my seo better?

If you think that you can do both, then do both. However, if you are only going to choose one among the two choices that you have presented, I believe that it would be better to have your product advertised in other sites, but make sure that you advertise on sites related to your niche.
