I have provided a filter below that will reveal the sites that have already been sold at a high price.
In other words, if you make the same site, your chances of success are the same.

What do you need to do?

• Visit the site and check can you work on the niche?
• Check the total number of articles via the sitemap? Can you produce the same number of articles?
• Check the quality of backlinks via Ahrefs. Can you get the backlinks?

Not quite easy as you need to make a website with traffic and earnings.
