Use AdWords language in mets descriptions?

    Do you think it's a good idea to use the same language from AdWords in your organic descriptions?

    Like mention sales points like 'free shipping, leader in the industry, etc...'?

    Why not? However, the meta descriptions of organic results don't play a huge role, like the ad descriptions of paid ads, such as Adwords.

    Since the titles of organic results are longer compared to paid ads, they do most of the job, so if you've got a strong title, then that'll be enough for a reader to click through - what you put in the description will only be a bonus.
