Why dont you use your own phone number to verify which is more easy..
bcoz i am not from USA and using a usa paypal bcoz its not supported in my country.

Lucky you. Now you're using cookies when accessing PayPal? You're not logging in using email & password?

NO man, it's saved browser , when i login to payapal, it's automatically filled with email + password and login! but when i try with another PC / laptop i cant login, it's asking mobile verification, try to use old PC to log, might be it would work!

I use the same PC, only the browser (version) and the internet provider are changed. I learned a lesson from this - next time I will use a portable browser with disabled updates, and I will login only from home. Thanks anyway.
