You can try using the account with USA 4g Proxies, VPN's are overused and cheap quality. Only operate the account on high quality 4g proxies based in USA for a few days and see if the algo is changing your reel to USA Location or not, most of the time this helps.

You can use 5 accounts on 1 4g Proxy so it will cost you around 80-120 USD for USA 4g Proxy for a month, but worth a try.

I’m from Brazil, and use VPN to get US audience, but IG starts to push our content (mainly reels) to the wrong audience, specifically turkish and indian man, what obviously doesn’t translate into new subscribers to OnlyFans.
Can anyone have a solution for this? At this moment our biggest account have less than 10% US reach.
