I need some advice on what to do in order to not get messed up.

-I was born in Europe thus having a European passport.
-I currently live in the United States
-I HAVE to use payoneer and it seems like US residents can't sign up. I signed up under my European address, i got accepted, the card was sent, and payoneer is all good. The card is currently in Europe but a buddy of mine is bringing it to US.

    Payoneer: Has European address/info.
    Adworksmedia: US address/info

I switched the payment to payoneer on adworksmedia but it's also telling me that I need to fill out the w9 form for taxes.

So I'm not entirely sure what to do...

Should I just change my adworksmedia address/info to my European since international users don't need to fill out the w9 form?
But since I'll be using the car in America... I'm not sure how it's going to work. I just don't want nobody up my butt you know what i mean?

I hope you guys understand what I'm talking about. Could use some input on what to do.

    Thank you.

Hmmm, this is quite the strange situation here...
How long are you staying in the US? If you plan on living in the US permanently, then you better have a green card or neutralize your citizenship and become an american citizen.
Then you would need to use your US info. Payoneer isn't relevant. You can set up an account from anywhere and it won't matter.
You will need to fill out a w9 form if you stay in the US. It's the only way you will get paid unless you change your AWM information to your foreign address. In which case, you will be sent, my guess here, American dollars which will then be in your payoneer account, but using it will come at an extra fee from currency exchange rates.

The w9 is a tax form so the US government can tax your income. Therefore, it is required. Hope this makes sense. Don't worry about trouble so long you file your information properly.
You can also always call your AWM manager and ask for assistance. (recommended).

I'm legally allowed to live in the United States if that's what you're asking haha. I have all the papers... and I am a perm resident.
It's just I was told by a buddy to use payoneer because they don't tax you as hard. If i would setup the payment straight to my bank account they would tax the poop out of me... that's why I was told to use payoneer.

I'm just not sure what to do. This whole thing is getting confusing.

    But yes..

I'm living perm in the United States but want to use payoneer. The card that payoneer that sent is being brought to me by a friend from Europe to America.

You use the card in an ATM to cash out basically.

So I COULD change my AWM account information to my European address so both payoneer and AWM have the same info. Then I won't have to fill out the w9 form since I'm technically living in Europe by the information i provided.

Although If i use the payoneer card in America... it will show that I'm using it in America if someone checks right?

I don't want to get my AWM manager involved in this. I don't want the chance of getting my stuff closed, because what I'm doing is not really considered completely white hat.
