US Proxy?

Hey guys,

I need a US proxy. Can anyone help? Something easy i can just enter into firefox. I can pay a monthly fee for using it too.

If its just a single IP you want set up get a cheap VPS and SSH tunnel through it.
If you want, you buy the VPS and I will set it up for you

Failing that, I can get the VPSes a bit cheaper so can set one up and charge you monthly - either way is good for me. It will be a private one just for you then
