Could you possibly pm me with the source to harvest proxies or any source for updated, working lists of proxies?
I bought a proxy harvester that pulls nothing but the exact same list of old dead proxies from what appears to be an abandoned site that is no longer used or updated.
I'm in search of open U.S. anonymous/elite, non PlanetLab/Codeen, government, military, educational, etc.
