Thank you moderators for deleting the posts posted by this bad intentioned guy on this thread who's only intention was to make harm and affect a legit business and disrespect the members with high reputation who posted positive feedback on this thread, competitors should compete in a decent way, bringing value and brains in the competition and the best will win.
Thank you a lot to those of you who shared their experience with my service, with me and with the numbers and helped me unmask this guy.
My mistake was to over react and to quote him into my post which remained on the thread and people who might not read the whole thing will be confused, hope this doesn't affect this thread.
Anyway, i have learned so much. Now i can give some tips
, if i may, to those people who didn't yet happen to them what happened to me:
--- if a newbie sends you a PM written in CAPS asking you he wants your service/product "FAST" (sorry for the caps) you should be aware
--- make sure his paypal is verified
--- if he sends you an email right after you delivered and is saying your service/product is not good and he refuses to reply to your comments and your tries to understand what it didn't work with your service, if he doesn't reply to your skype simply just refund
--- if the guy files a dispute without even communicating with you its probably a competitor, he wants to harm you and your business, simply send his money back and message paypal explaining the whole situation, include the Transaction Number of the transaction representing your money sent, include the amount too and wait for paypal to react
--- the most important is to write to the mods that you have a situation happening and send them the emails you exchanged with the guy, as well post only one time the same thing on your thread and ask the members who bought from you to share their experience with your service
Hope this helps!
