I really think google has no respect for .us extensions and treats them maybe worse than .info
I bought a .us a couple of weeks ago and made 5 web 2.0s for it.
The money site and all web 2.0s are handwritten and high quality.
The web 2.0s have all been indexed. But the .us site will not get indexed. if it won't even get indexed, good luck ranking it.

Should I abandon this piece of shit and buy .org? or the .us extension is not the problem here?

Was the .us url used before or was it brand new, if it was used before it might have a penalty, but it sounds wierd it hasn't been indexed yet, usually websites are indexed quite fast, but not ranked

I am prejudiced against shitty extensions, but, I'm also certain they make no difference :)

as long as its a TLD shouldn't matter, I never faced any problems with major extensions...till date..

The TLD is pretty much irrelevant. Have you checked your robots.txt and .htaccess files? What about Google Webmaster Tools? XML Sitemaps?

Thats a bit of a SENSATIONAL post OP.

A sweeping statement that the tld is the SOLE reason for your failure,
rather than looking at your own defeciencies and what you could do to rectify it.

Congrats on getting the headlines with a hyped up title,
now try to put that good work to your site, and have better results.

Indeed... I'm quite sure that .us is not the cause, or even in any way related to the issue.

I know TLDs don't really make a difference but I can't buy a .US or .info etc.

EMDs are shit anyway, so really no need to go with a crappy TLD.
