US based company for non us peoples,it's legal?
You probably mean setting up company in some sort of tax haven, like Delaware, to pay less taxes than in your country? It's is possible and legal, if your operations are legal...but it's quite costly, I think, you need some middlemen to do it for you, you can't just start a company in US as a foreigner without having some sort of visa. That's all I know, my info may not be accurate though...you need to dig into this stuff more by using google
Yes is legal i have one (nevada) i pay the tax and all is ok
The supplier that i want to deal, will deal only with us companies, that is the reason.
I found some online sites that can do that for around 100 bucks and someone told me the same (that will cost me around 100$)
What about taxes, can i pay them online?
Also,if i set up us based company,do i need to quit my day job and will effect taxes in my country?
Well, I've seen some sites in my country that want 2000$ for that kind of service - it's all inclusive offer (translations of doucments, getting EIN or TIN - not sure which one is needed) but a bit expensive. I don't think you have to quit your day job, and it doesn't affect taxes in your country as your company is located abroad and you'll only have to pay flat-rate taxes in Delaware - annually.
And I think you'll need some agent in the US to fill tax reports for you, as you are non-resident... also I'd be careful with all that websites that offer that kind of services - I'd suggest checking them thoroughly before you pay them.
