Hey guys. I bought an expired domain and im confused about something. I have already started adding links to the site. The url is structured like this:
http://mysite.com. When i put the exact url like that into majestic its basically saying it has no links going to it but the site has thousands of good links. I have thrown link juice keeper on it. Thing is, when i change it to root/subdomain it shows all the links and everything looks good. Here is what the urls look like:

http://mysite.com - the way it is now
mysite.com - shows all history and looks good
    www.mysite.com - looks good too.

Sorry if this is a bit basic but cant get an answer on google. Should i try get the structure that majestic is saying is the sites root domain. In my case mysite.com?. Root domain, sub domain and url are confusing me now. I spent quite a bit of money on the domain and i m just trying to make sure i am using it correctly

This is a canonical issue. You should use one and do 301 redirects to the main one
