If you have backlinks on them, you will lose seo value. In that case, 301 redirect the old urls to your current urls.

Otherwise, just submit the updated sitemap to search console. Expect a google dance for a week or two, then things will stabilize.

If the post has been just posted for few minutes, well, no affects on SEO. If the post was published for a while and has been indexed on Google, well, let setup redirect from old url to new url as soon as possible. And re-submit the sitemap to google.

If you only have one post and you're changing your permalinks to have keywords in them then you have very little to lose and a lot to gain.
