URL Shortner That Works On Reddit

I wanted to track how will Reddit helped me promote some articles but I noticed that any post with bit.ly would just get shadowed banned.

I confirmed this was the case by reposting the exact same post with the bit.ly URLs removed and it showed up.

Does anyone know what I can do?

They ban like all of them. Your best bet is to just setup your own, even then, eventually it will get subreddit banned.

100% It's very hard to find a working URL shortener that is publicly available. People don't want to share them if they find them. Using your own domain with Wordpress installed and PrettyLinks Plugin is an easy way to do it.

- Get a domain name and host yout own URL shortener (your post get removed tho, subreddit rules differ).

- use markdown links like this:
[link](https://youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ)

make a post on twitter and place your tweet on reddit
you can easily change the twitter main url on the settings
