Manage shortened links and link groups
    Reorder and organize shortened links
    View basic link click statistics
Detailed charts including referrers, user locations and clicks
Manage account and link branding details
API support for 3rd party script integration

    Code:
    Site Features
    Automatic short link generation
    Duplicate registrations prevention
Integration with surbl.org for anti-spam protection
Captcha images to prevent automatic submissions
    PayPal integration for payment processing
    Premium membership support

There are already so many... Why this and not something else? What sets yours apart?

If I were thinking of investing the time, money, and effort into making a site that complex, I would try to be more creative about it. If you want to go all in, you could make a new Sharecash-ish site (simply because people recognize Sharecash and stay away).

Or, if you're a decent programmer, you could make a tool, or a website that approximates a tool (like the Logan Rock Marketing directory submitter that got taken down a while ago).

never saw logan rock thing, can u give me more details ?

    and about the sharecash.
how would i get offers ? and you have to think on the payouts
say 1 offer pays you 2$ for completion, how much u pay the user who uploaded it. you give him a percentage per number of downloads....
if someone has more insight on how sharecash site works please send me a pm or post here with more details

The logan rock marketing tool was a PHP-based directory submitter that got taken down about a year back, but was free for public use when it was up.

And, on the subject of Sharecash, You could scrape offers from survey sites (like this and build a wrapper site that links to file hosting (yours or someone else, doesn't really matter) after they complete the offer (which is delivered from the survey site in your name). You could make payouts as simple as $.80 per survey, and pocket the rest. After that, it's just a matter of keeping your offers up to date, and you make money.
