Better yet would be install your own url-shortener like xyz.info or x7x.us or better yet yourdomain.com/cEd4Ti.. and create a 302 redirect for each link you post at twitter...
This is much better because of two fold:
- the link on let's say Twitter now belongs to you, not to the redirector. So more links to you from a High PR site, nofollow anyway but a real link.
- You can also get your own brand across, innstead of the url shorteners.
