and redirect to another webpage ?
according to my knowledge
the answer is NO
Yeah there mate..
buying a cheap info domain and the redirecting is the best option.
YY.VC <--- no sign up require
how to edit all the URLs later ?
create your own url shortening service then you have full control
sorry i cannot find out how to edit the destination URL there
why not just use any url shortner and direct it to a php 301 on your server, then you can change it whenever you feel like
Free click counter called ccount. Google it, first position...
You need a domain to set this up on.
It works for what I need and I've never had a problem with the script. You have the option of paying $15 to support it, but it's not necessary.
would you just use your own existing domain to set up or
buy an additional domain just for the purpose, if so what top country domain is better ?
sorry mate, i thought that you search for an url shortener which you can create your own custom url instead of sg randomly generated...
I think bit.ly too I cant be sure though
Why would this be useful?
hmmm i dun think there's such a service..
There is many.
Snurl / Snipr / SnipURL
You can definitly re direct these links if the destination url dies.. ie CPA campaign finishes etc..
You can also delete links.. the stats arent as good as some, but adequate.. no fancy graphs.. but hey.. just try finding a reliable service that allows redirect of destination..
You can also have links like http://sn.ip/winacar
Snurl offers the usual single-blank url truncation, but they go way beyond that. Register on the site, and your "snips" will be stored and you can manage them whenever you want - and clickthroughs get automatically tracked. Awesome! What's more, the management page offers emailing of any or all of your snips and instant sharing with the usual suspects (Digg, Reddit, Stumbleupon, etc.).
Snurl is so smart, it even creates RSS feeds for your snips. How cool is that? Sharing a pile of links is as easy as letting people subscribe to your feeds. You can also change the default domain name amongst snurl.com, snipr.com, and sninpurl.com at your leisure. Worried people might randomly leech your links? You can set a private key up and it will be automatically added to your new snips.
These features put Snurl in a class by itself, and I'd say it's easily the most advanced truncator available - but what do you think? Have you found a service that you think is better? Go ahead, comment on it!
few does and few dont
301 redirect? you can change the destination URL anytime you want.
