URL list to RSS Feed

Hello,

I have a list of 200 URLs. I want to get them indexed and to build some links to these URLs.

I am thinking to build a RSS Feed and to publish this feed then to submit the feed and bookmark it.

So I need a simple software able to convert the URLS list into RSS FEED.

This software have to extract the TITLE and DESCRIPTION from each URL in the list and to build a RSS FEED. Then this feed have to be published.

Can anybody help me to do this?

I have a list of 200 urls. You have to login and manually add url, title and short description for each of these 200 urls.

I am ready to pay you for this work OR I will pay to somebody who can offer me easy solution - as much automated as possible.

I can do this - email me what you are willing to pay to get each URL indexed. I will guarantee the URLs will get indexed in Google and if any don't then you don't pay me for those ones
