I am little bit of newbie in instagram . Is possible to put URL links (to redirect to my website) on picture description ? or it's way to get instantly ban .

Even if you put links into the description, it won't be live/clickable and looks spammy as hell.

Utilize the website field for your url and use CTAs in your image captions.
