Urgently warning of fiverr – They stole my money (inluding proof photos)

I ordered a 5$ gig on fiverr from ?top seller? (lol) bnn_marketing. Inlcuding some extras I paid 45$. 15$ I paid from my fiverr balance, 30$ directly from Paypal.

bnn_marketing didn't want to work on that gig and offered me canceling it. After canceling I only got 15$ back. So I asked for support and enquired about this fact. Nobody answered. I made another ticket. Nobody answering.

Of course I applied for PayPal-Buyer-Protection. After this fiverr blocked my account and debitted 30$ from my amount. Now fiverr ows me 60$! What a crime! Seems to be that they are fraudsters!

I opened a third ticket on fiverr. Nobody answered. Some days later I got this warning after signing on fiverr:


ATTENTION - ACCOUNT WARNING

There is a problem with your PayPal account/credit card payments to Fiverr.

To avoid getting your account restricted, we ask that you resolve this matter quickly with PayPal. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support here.

All this followed by a button ?Oops, no problem, I'll handle it?.


That seems to be an ingenious fraud. So I must urgently warn using fiverr!

Do they have a phone number? i dont have experience with fiverr, but calling as apposed to emails gets you a lot further
 
What date did you enter your support ticket and what date did you dispute the charge in Paypal?
 
i dont think they are scammers.. just contact them again or post in forum..
 
A guy here (forgot his name or the name of the thread) had a similar problem. He just went and complained on their LinkedIn and FaceBook pages and they returned his account and money.
It was in this section.
 
I also recommend tweeting them. They usually respond back quickly, especially to something like this.
 
If you read their TOS you would notice that you are not allowed to Dispute payments by PayPal. If you requested cancellation, the funds probably went back to your Fiverr account, not to your PayPal.
Anyways, as other members suggested, try noticing them about this on Facebook and Twitter and if they ask you for the ticket, just send them the ID.
I am sure that they will solve this, trust me, they are not scammers just for a couple bucks. And also where is the proof? I personally believe that this is not possible... no screenshots... But, i agree that Fiverr's Support sucks. They have the worst support team on the planet.

I paid 45 bucks -15 from my fiverr balance and 30 directly from via Paypal. After canceling I got 15 back, but not the directly payment, which I made after gig starting. This is highly dubious!

And it's a fact that fiverr stoles in summery 60 bucks because they debitted 30$ from my fiverr amount after applieing for PayPal-Buyer-Protection.

I cannot write in fiverr forum, because they blocked my account.
 
File the claim through PayPal. Other than that contact Fiverr on Twitter.

They have clearly stated that after you buy something on the site, you will never receive a refund on paypal, if the item is not delivered, you will get the money back to your Fiverr account, not to your PayPal account. When you added the funds to your balance, you agreed with that and that's why this happened. It's not their fault.
 
I am on fiverr For 6 month ! Got nothing wrong ! Surely they will give your money back ! contact them on twitter !

Did you really read my posts? I only got 15 bucks back, and what's about the other 30 bucks I paid for this gig? In the fact they didn't refund these 30 bucks I applied for Paypal Protection.

Today 2 weeks later, they didn't give me an answer on any ticket. Fiverr is scam, definitely!!!
