I need a US verified Paypal account but I have no more than $10. please help!

Will I have to buy the Vcc and Vba or either of them is sufficient for verification? I mean US PAYPAL. Please help a friend!

You need both, and you need to know what your doing in terms of IPs, cookies, addresses, phones, etc or you will be limited.

If you have no clue you should buy it from someone or just don't use it at all
 
Of course I understand your point. Paypal quickly limit suspicious account and that's why i'm hoping to buy a VPS soon?

No it is not possible since when I checked for the last time the lowest VBA price was around $10 and keep in mind that VBAs that you can buy are usually the same and PayPal already knows they're used to verify non-legit accounts.

OK, so what do you advise? I have been contemplating using a BOA VBA which doesn't require any VCC or Phone Verification. Correct me pls! Because I have been made to believe BOA VBA doesn't require any second level verification
I've got to be careful here because I have heard many sad cries about Paypal shutting folks account abruptly. Can you advise on how to verify a US account without having to cry wolf. Should I just go for the VCC and US mobile line or Just purchase the BOA VBA. I'm on a $23 budget. BHW help a friend oh and can you give me a link to BHW marketplace.
 
Are the VCC's sold on your website, AVS or Non AVS? Will you share the link? I never said you should give me a $5 discount for $10. I was referring to both. I guess they should go for about $25 or so. Right now, I would have to stick to VCC alone. I have done research and I discovered folks have registered successfully with it. Or what do you think?
