Not trying to be dramatic but i need help on this asap cuz i could really use this client but not sure how this works. Im going out of the country tomorrow and just got a call for a potential big real estate company. Im on my phone so it might get messy. So they want to send there properties out to trulia zillo etc but they dont want to use mls. How would i set up a feed for there listings to send to major sites? i havent done this dont know how much work is involved. I told him i would get back to him today. Is there something i set them up with on there end or whats an easier way to not do the listings by hand? Is there a third party service i can use? Any info would help cuz i want to give him a general proposal before i leave.he said they do 30 to 50 listings a year average. Thanks guys.

I don't know that there is a way to automate it without doing MLS. There probably is but I haven't seen it. I know that some agencies, have their own databases but even those feed off of the MLS.

Ya, that's what I thought...damn. Not sure why he is against MLS but he said he doesn't want to be part of that which is good for me but I'm just not sure how to do that because by hand myself will be a lot of work.

Sign him up and get him to send you the listings as he gets them and them you can do a postlests posting for them and they will automatically syndicate to Trulia, Zillow etc. If you really want him to think you are great get a realbird a/c and do that to!

try partnering with another agent and splitting the cost by using just 1 log on if that is possible
