from business deals I have done in and within the UK sir or mam they can if they have any proof that you are the person attached to that account and further more paypal has complete access to ebay info and vise versa so I recommend putting in a complaint against this person then take care of the balance and pay that person a visit as soon as you can to deal with the issue how you deal with it id rather not know but they can sir within your local law if allowed PS do you know of a alternative to paypal for selling on ebay that I could have money transferred to me like on a debt card without using a local bank or credit card I have no SS# from the US I left home at a young age and cant legally find it out till I am 21 and request a change because of theft of my card by my parents

They will get their debt collection agency to call you 10 times a day and then if you still don't pay up, they will add charges on top and do the legal stuff.

It's only $600 bucks, what if you owe $1m where would you run to. My advice is to face the wrath if you can't fix the problem. Every business has there share of setbacks you might want to see this as one of yours.
