[URGENT] Need a Bulk Short URL creator!

Hi guys, I'm in urgent need of a mass short url creator. Don't get me wrong, this won't be for SEO purposes so no need to create bitly links and shit. This script will only create mass urls from my own domain. Basically this:

target.com/blahblahblah... => my link shortner => hundreds of unique shorturls from my domain
I would need to be able to choose how many short links are created and export it to .txt in spintax
And that's it..

Yourls.org is free, check them out. You install it on your site, it comes with an admin panel and shows stats and everything. Good stuff. I use it.

Then you can load the list in any text spinner or spintax creator. I swear I saw a free one around here earlier..
