[URGENT] If ANYONE can fix this payment Issue, Idek what I would do for you! PayPal "Cannot Be Verified" on Facebook

I have been racking my brain for MONTHS! MONTHS! on how to fix this issue. This PayPal "cannot be verified" issue. PayPal is my main method and I don't have any $$ on my cards to pay.

I've gone to support a ton of times, they give absolutely senseless replies that fixes nothing. I know about the "insufficient funds" card issue and how to fix that which doesn't work to fix this.

I have cancelled my billing through PayPal itself which of course unlinked it from facebook but whenever I add it back it goes right away to 'cannot be verified'. I've changed cards through PayPal, I've tried EVERYTHING. There hasn't been anything I haven't tried.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS. ANYONE. I even wanted to pay for a fix but can't find that anywhere because this isn't even a mainstream issue by a mile.

On the flip side, I would pay with my card, but I need to know how to Instantly transfer money from PayPal to card without waiting days as my ads run daily and we scale to thousands per day. That's why we pay directly from PayPal. If anyone knows how I can instantly move money from PayPal to card in minutes even a few hours, whether it's vcc's or whatever, then I wouldn't need to solve the problem above.

Change your PayPal's email and try to link it again.
For VCC it only works on certain countries. You'll need to link a visa card, verify it,and you'd be able to withdraw to that card

You gotta need to try add visa instead. So everything will reset and u might able to add paypal again after that.

check your billing agreement in paypal. If there is any active cancel that and try again
