please i would like to know if anyone got suggestions for me on a hosting and domain suggestion that would accept virtual credit card for payment option..actually the reason am using a virtual card is because my country is not allowed on paypal and when i registered my card i also discovered that i couldn't register the card with my country address so i used a friends address. But the mistake i made was not using his mobile phone also rather i used mine(nigerian) and i discovered that websites like hostwinds and hostgator wouldnt accept my card..please if you guys know of any webhosting that wouldn't use address verification i would be glad to know...i think why my card is declined most times is because am using a nigerian phone number while the card is registered with a US address..please i would do with some help.

If you need assistance with VCC let me know

It happens when you are from Nigeria , though do a chat with live support than posting here and they might give you a better directive knowledge about this.
