Urgent Help! My Youtube Channel is being Hit by Bot subscribers!

Hey Guys,

I am seeing a sudden increase in my youtube channel around 500 subs increase in one day which is not possible at all as its new, and the views and likes have not been recorded either,

I am in situation thinking that MY YT will get blocked.

Appreciate seniority advise immediately as possible on how to resolve this.
