[URGENT] Any Link Shortener which can Randomize urls it sends traffic to in % Pecentual Way?

Do you guys know of any link shortener which can randomize the landing page it sends traffic to?

And if possible being able to set percentages of how probable is it to send to one page or another.

So lets say:

Shortenedurl.com can send you to:

1. Landing Page 1 (30% Chance)
2. Landing Page 2 (50% Chance)
3. Landing Page 3 (20% Chance)

Please it kind of urges me, would really appreciate the help
