I got this message from upwork.

    Hello Payal Agrawal,

A freelancer’s account is suspended if we notice they have submitted proposals for many jobs on our site, but have won very few contracts or had very few earnings. Typically, this means the opportunities on Upwork are not a good match for the freelancer’s skillset.

What it mean? you have to work or not but you have to bid and won the projects. What the hell?
    Upwork getting irritate now.

Is anyone facing the same issue?

It means their systems probably saw you as a bot. So they probably removed your account for this reason. Make a new account, or try to email their support.

    PS. I'm not Payal Agrawal.

Yes, they have this super-stupid rule. If you submit quite a few bids, and your proposals doesn't get accepted by any sellers they will ban you. Basically, they do not want new freelancers. They have plenty. It's a trick they are using to curb new arrivals as opposed to directly restricting new freelancers.

lol "no reason" and they give you the reason. There is always a reason.

They don't want people just spamming proposals and not winning anything. You're basically using their resources and not making them any money, so they get rid of you. When you are new, you must bid only on jobs where you are qualified and can do successfully.
