Does anyone upload to hijacked accounts? Can youtube get your ass burn in flames for doing this?

I don't. But i don't see what the advantage is, unless they had a huge friends/subscribe numbers. Bots negate the aged account advantage. No ones going to throw you into jail for fake accounts, but p*hishing throws the whole risk reward ratio way out of whack.
