I want to start out with PPD to make my first money in IM and then translate to creating Adsense / affiliate websites.

My plan is to use fake content and copyrighted stuff first. Is there a way to avoid any kind of risk of getting into legal trouble? The last thing I need is to get damage claims because I wanted to earn a few buck with ebooks or other content.

Rewrite it, dont make it too obvious like you are copy pasting from other sources.

Register with an offshore hosting company and host your domain there. Also as stated above reword it a little different helps or
    change it around.

He's probably just grabbing downloads from around the net and wanting to put them on his own site, I doubt he's going to be rewriting any of that crap especially stuff that comes in pdf format.

"Is there a way to avoid any kind of risk of getting into legal trouble?" Short answer no.

Why don't you make content yourself, or rewrite some other content that exists. Or an offshore hosting company is what you need.

On a few nieches I want to cover, I want to create my own content because I have knowledge in this field. But in other nieches I don´t have a clue and don´t want to rewrite dozens pages of stuff I don´t care about. Also, when it comes to non-written content, like movies or games, you can hardly "rewrite" it ;)

There's cheap hosting companies here on BHW that ignore any DMCA's. That would be my first stop. Then look into domain registration (with whois enabled) with a company who don't give a sh&t.

My main concern would be adsense & dupe content. Saying that, I've seen people use adsense on PLR articles lately. Whether they'll last is another matter.
