Upload too many videos in a small period of time is bad?

hello, i'm making unique videos and uploading 2-3 videos everyday, some people are saying that it is bad to upload too many videos in a small period of time , can anyone confirm this? it is really important how many videos i will upload per day?

If they are quality video it doesnot matters and 1 video a day is also okay if you are starting up.

my viewers like my videos because i have very good watch time statics and of course this videos are unique. is there anything more that defines quality score of video?
